ERIC MASELLA Eric's most previous position was Vice President of oneFN Direct, the leading list management firm catering to the financial industry. Here, Eric designed and built the list management division, including software development, sales strategy, list acquisition, database services and more. The list management division went from concept to the most valuable part of oneFN’s business in less than a year. Prior to oneFN Eric was head of Corporate Development for Elipze, a leading digital marketing services firm, where he was responsible for revenue and growth of the business. In 6 months, Eric helped grow the business from a 5 person email brokerage, to a 50 person media and analytical firm. Part of the rapid and profitable growth was due to an analytical business that Eric launched to help businesses use their website and customer data to achieve higher response and bottom line efficiencies. Some of his clients included AutoNation, Business Week, Martha Stewart, AOL and Motley Fool. Before joining Elipze, Eric managed the Business Development team at Organic, focusing primarily on the media division. There he was responsible for acquiring new business partners for the company and working with the various business units in process and integration efforts. Eric wore many hats at Organic, as he was one of the first employees in the New York office and the initial hire in the Media Division. His client list includes Compaq, ArtNet.com, AccentHealth, Chase, Daimler Chrysler, GE Financial Network, Guild.com, and American Century Investments. Eric held various positions at Bates USA's interactive division and Benetton Sportsystem. He holds a BS in Marketing and a degree in advertising from The State University of New York.

JORDAN RICHTER Mr. Richter founded oneFN, Inc. (www.onefn.net) a leading direct response marketing network reaching active investors and affluent consumers. As General Manager, he managed the daily operations, development and execution strategy of all facets of the oneFN business. Mr. Richter gained valuable expertise as a co-founder of Worldly Information Network, Inc. and on the teams of three successful start-up companies, where he participated as Vice President of Strategic Development for Worldly Information Network, Inc. and was responsible for structuring income generating partnerships for all operating divisions. Mr. Richter worked directly with the founding president of Universal Records, a subsidiary of Seagram's Universal Studios, Inc. Mr. Richter initiated the development of non-traditional marketing via the Internet, which has become a core medium for Universal Records. Mr. Richter also participated in finance and interactive marketing while at Central Park Media, a video publisher. Mr. Richter has an Interdisciplinary Studies degree from The American University.
